As the devastating effects of COVID-19 permanently altered the world’s systems, work-from-home culture became the norm, forcing attorneys to examine both data privacy and security measures and guidelines around the practice of law.

This webinar will frame such considerations and explore competence, data security and privacy, jurisdiction and supervision issues relevant to both in-house and outside counsel.
