Keep Your Fee Dispute Out of Court
One of the most challenging dilemmas that lawyers face is handling fee disputes with their clients. The Florida Bar offers a fee arbitration program designed to efficiently resolve such disputes in a private setting, avoiding court involvement. Florida Bar Members are encouraged to include a mandatory arbitration clause in their fee agreements and make use of this program to address fee disputes effectively.
