Excellent Advocacy or Frivolous Argument?
This course includes three short videos that explore the confines of avid advocacy and a lawyer’s duty of candor to the court. The videos follow a partner and an associate who are briefing and arguing the merits of a motion to dismiss at both the trial court and the appellate court. The supplemental materials provide questions for viewers to consider in light of the relevant Rules Regulating the Florida Bar.
